College isn’t a far-off dream! 11th and 12th graders with a 3.0 GPA and courses that meet the College Academic Distribution Requirements (CADR) are guaranteed a spot at Washington’s public universities with the WAGAP program.
Sultan School District is partnering with six colleges in Washington (Central Washington University; Eastern Washington University; University of Washington, Tacoma; Washington State University; Western Washington University and The Evergreen State College) to offer the Guaranteed Admissions Program (GAP). If students meet certain criteria, they will be notified that they are guaranteed admission to these institutions by completing the university application requirements.
In order to participate in this guaranteed admissions program, the following student information will be shared with the six participating institutions:
Student first and last name
Date of birth
Email account(s) on record to reach out to students and parent/guardian about the opportunity
Unweighted GPA
Mailing address
Unofficial student transcript
