Sno-Isle Tech Newsletter and Rules and ExpectationsGood afternoon,

Attached is the semester 1 newsletter for Sno-Isle TECH, please take a moment to review it.

It's hard to believe we are already mid-way through this year! Report cards are being mailed out this week, please watch your postal service for your student's card.

We hope your student has been enjoying their class and are learning/mastering skills that will last them a lifetime. As we move into the second semester, we'd like to share just a few reminders:

Please continue to encourage regular attendance. Because they are here 2.5 hours each day, missing one day of our classes is the equivalent to missing 2.5 days at their home high school. To excuse your student's absence you can call the 24- hour attendance line (425-348-2220) or send a note with your student when they return to school. Please note we do not share attendance information with your student's home school, you will need to call both schools with each absence.

We are a non-student driving school. If your student has an occasional need to drive for an appointment, etc., please send them with a note and have them sign in at the office - we will provide them with a one-day parking pass.
Students are not allowed to park off campus (i.e., Kasch Park, etc.). Each school provides bus transport to and from Sno-Isle TECH, all students are expected to make use of that transportation service on a daily basis.

If you provide private transportation for your student: AM students are expected to arrive at 7:55 a.m. and may depart at the same time as their sending school's bus. PM students are expected to arrive at the same time as their sending school's bus and are dismissed with the final bell at 1:40 p.m.The purpose of students leaving class early or arriving late is because we are working with the bus schedules. If you drive for them, it is expected that they remain in class as long as possible.

As always, if you have any questions regarding our calendar or events, please call our office at 425-348-2220, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
